The Roughnights take place from roughly December 24 to January 6. The Roughnights are all about reflection and cleansing during the busiest and darkest period of the year. By performing rituals and questioning yourself about different themes, you clean yourself and your environment, so that you will be able to start the new year cycle with a good foundation. This digital workbook provides guidance during the 13 Holy Nights of Yule.

You can print out the workbook if you prefer. In the workbook, you will find a brief description of the themes of all Roughnights. Per Roughnight you work with 3 reflective questions plus 3 rituals. You decide which rituals you perform and when. Sometimes you need a few items to perform a ritual. These are not complicated items to find or large rituals with special requirements so that the workbook remains accessible. You can use a notebook to answer the reflective questions.
